Welcome to ioy.ai, an AI-Powered Image Generation & Editing Platform built on the Qwen-Image open-source model. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Use of the Service

ioy.ai provides users with a comprehensive platform for AI-powered image generation and editing, including exceptional text rendering, multi-line layouts, and high-fidelity image generation in both Chinese and English. The Qwen-Image model is used under its respective open-source license. You agree to comply with all terms and conditions of that license.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you generate or upload using ioy.ai services, including but not limited to images, text prompts, and other materials.
You grant ioy.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform any content you upload or generate through the service for the purpose of providing, improving, and promoting the service.
